New Office Building – Cloudcroft, NM – Architect – 17,349sf: Headquarters, A “U” shaped, two-story building with two-story balconies on all sides and a design that had to lend its self to the Western Motif to comply with local ordinances. It also included a large two-story Lobby, large classroom, board room, offices and restrooms, as well as a lunch room for employees. A few green components included LED light fixtures, low flow toilets, and a rainwater catchment system. Phases included: schematic design, design development, construction documents, specifications, bidding and negotiations and on-site construction administration for the duration of construction.
